Hi Christen! This would be excellent for you guys to do together! It is so important to teach our children these things, not even just when they have a bad attitude, but to teach them these ways as a way of life. Even when it doesn't seem to be sinking in, you will be surprised at how it begins to seep out in their adult years. It is quite amazing.

I read something last night that was so significant. It said that when we are not actively learning, growing, and moving forward that we have a habit of operating in an autopilot mode which reverts back to old ways and natural tendencies that generally mean lazy and unproductive ways. I love 30 day challenges for creating healthy momentum. I am doing my third 30 day challenge for 2014. It is so fun to choose what I want to do next, plus it creates some great habits. And there is also nothing wrong with repeating one for as long as you like. Fun stuff! Have a beautiful day, and thank you for visiting. xo
