Oh, good for you, Jennifer! I LOVE hearing that! It is such a wonderful thing when we get to that place. And you are so right, so many other changes naturally come about as we start moving. Now that I am drinking water, it is shocking and how little I was drinking before...I didn&#039;t even like it at all, and now I LOVE it. And isn&#039;t doing anything for 30 days like magic? It is such a doable amount of time, and it is amazing what can happen in 30 days. Rock on, my friend! Rock on!

I just started exercising regularly almost a month ago. I started the 30 Day Shred and decided to do 30 days of level 1. If I could manage that I would do 30 days of level 2. Then do 30 days of level 3. After my third week I felt a real shift. I WANTED to work out! Plus with the exercise, I feel I&#039;m naturally eating better AND drinking more water. So awesome.
