Oh, Ceil, you and me both. I practically live in my bedroom. It is my fortress of solitude. Sadly, with the various health issues over the last couple of years, it has been a messy fortress of solitude. Oh, to clean house with a healthy body. That is the dream. Ha ha. I have made HUGE progress doing this challenge. HUGE. It is amazing how wonderful it feels. Now that I have organized my work space, I am finding a few minutes each day helps me to conquer those stacks of papers and clutter. I knew the home office area was key. I had to have a good space for putting things. I am hoping to be completely done with the stacks by March. Imagine. A world without any paper clutter. Imagine being able to quickly clean without the mounds of stuff to go through. Imagine having a place for everything and knowing where to put it. I am starting to think it is actually possible now. We've got this, Ceil. :)

Hi Topaz! Oy, you should see my bedroom. Or...maybe not. I have all kind of junk on my dresser. It's like a flat, empty surface is just calling me to cover it.
The thought of using 'new eyes' to look at a space is a good one. It's so easy for me to overlook clutter. I like my space to be clean, but I generally gloss over the extra heaps of things I don't need.
Another great thought for when I'm up and at 'em! Is the bedroom a place where you find a lot of clutter?
Monday blessings,
Ceil
